Course description: 

A 2-day, face-to-face course intended to give you a firm foundation in hypnotherapy.

By the end of the second day, you will have learnt, through practical application, how to safely hypnotise

your client and lead them into a deep hypnotic trance state. We discuss the use of hypnotic 'scripts' 

and how to write your own, so that you do not become 'script-bound' like so many others are!

Although this is only an 'introduction' course, you will learn how to use self-hypnosis and

leave the course with enough knowledge to help family and friends to become deeply relaxed, 

which can really help with issues such as overcoming sleep problems and even problems such as I.B.S.

You will learn 'the basics' and then we can advise you on the most cost-effective ways to

further enhance your learning and gain your Diploma in Hypnotherapy qualification, if that is your goal. 

(For example, a course that we highly recommend can cost as little as £100)

However, there is absolutely no obligation to take any further training with us.

The course is conducted in a relaxed, friendly manner by experienced presenters.

Each day will include tea / coffee and biscuits during breaks and a buffet-style lunch.

You will also receive a certificate of attendance on completion.

All you need to bring is an open-mind and a willingness to learn!
