Introduction to hypnotherapy course

In case you hadn't noticed, we are in the midst of a recession and many people are unsure of their future, whether they are directly employed or work for themselves.
This uncertainty creates stress...and stress is a killer.
It affects people in many negative ways, both physically and mentally.
You can learn the skills to help them overcome that stress, ditch harmful habits such as smoking and drinking, handle emotional problems such as grief and anxiety and to then coach them in relaxation methods.
The Intro-2-Hypnotherapy course is aimed at those people who have little or no experience of using hypnosis, but would like to learn.
On the 2-day course (Saturday & Sunday), you will be taught, then allowed to practice, how to induce a hypnotic trance, deepen the trance and bring your subject 'out of hypnosis' in a safe, controlled environment.
You will learn what to say and how to say it so that you never need to use 'scripts'.
You may just want to learn the basics, which this weekend course offers, or you may wish to go further and become a fully-fledged hypnotherapist yourself...and we can help you achieve that too!

The cost is just £265-00 per person and includes 2 full days of practical instruction, all course notes and materials, tea and coffee throughout the day and a buffet lunch on both days. (It does NOT include accommodation).
Courses are restricted to a maximum of ten students to ensure that you receive personal tuition in a safe environment.
